REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Your Statutory Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason, without giving a justification. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel by email at alex@porthdigital.com.

Our 30-Day Policy In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at alex@porthdigital.com. Returns must be sent to: PorthDigital LTD, Penstraze Business Centre, Penstraze, Truro TR4 8PN. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please note that unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, such as: Custom or personalised products (e.g., special orders). Perishable goods. Personal care or hygiene products (if unsealed). Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases. Gift cards. Sale items (unless faulty).

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
