In short: tracked UK delivery from £3.55, free on UK orders over £35. We dispatch Monday to Saturday: order before 10pm and your parcel goes out the next working day. Pre-orders ship as soon as stock arrives for release.
1. Dispatch times
- We dispatch Monday to Saturday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Orders placed before 10pm are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturday, or after 10pm on Sunday, are dispatched on Monday.
- You'll get an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched.
2. UK delivery costs
- Tracked UK delivery starts from £3.55.
- UK orders over £35 qualify for free tracked delivery.
- All available services, their prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship with Royal Mail and DPD.
3. Pre-orders
Pre-order items show their expected release date on the product page. We receive stock on or before release day and dispatch the next working day. Release dates are set by the publisher and can occasionally move. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
4. International delivery
We ship to selected countries outside the UK. Prices are calculated at checkout from your address. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.
5. Lost or damaged parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos of the packaging and items. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll take it up with the courier.
6. Address changes
Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can change it until the parcel has been dispatched.
