SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with BIGBULL. We aim to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping procedures.

  1. Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number (if applicable).

  2. Shipping Rates and Estimates Free Delivery: We offer free shipping on all orders over £150. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  3. Shipping Carriers We primarily use Royal Mail and DPD for our UK shipments.

  4. International Shipping We currently ship to the UK and select international destinations. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their destination country.

  5. Shipping Delays While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

  6. Lost or Damaged Packages Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at alex@porthdigital.com with photos of the packaging and the items so we can assist you. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us for further support.

  7. Order Changes and Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please email alex@porthdigital.com as soon as possible.
