Terms of Service
These terms apply to all purchases from BIGBULL (bigbull.co.uk). "We", "us" and "our" mean PorthDigital LTD, trading as BIGBULL, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16897055), registered office Penstraze Business Centre, Penstraze, Truro, TR4 8PN. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. Your account
By ordering, you confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
2. Our products
We sell genuine trading card products, accessories and collectibles. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours can vary between screens and packaging can change between print runs. All goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Trading card packs contain randomly assorted cards; we cannot guarantee the contents of any individual pack.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order for a valid reason, for example a pricing error, stock not being available, or failed payment or security checks. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
4. Order limits
Some popular releases carry a limit per customer or per household, shown on the product page. Orders that exceed a stated limit, including duplicate orders to the same address, may be reduced or cancelled and refunded.
5. Pre-orders
Pre-order products show an expected release date. Release dates are set by the publisher and may change. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and dispatch times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
8. Cancellations and returns
Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Refund Policy, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our 30-day returns policy.
9. Intellectual property
Content on this site, including the BIGBULL name and logo, is owned by PorthDigital LTD or its licensors. BIGBULL® is a registered UK trade mark of PorthDigital LTD (UK00004417167). Product names, logos and artwork belong to their respective publishers and are used to identify the products we sell.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are processed by our payment providers. Your contract of sale is with PorthDigital LTD.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
